Hey Hanyia thank you for joining Frisco Women today for this interview! Let’s get started by telling our readers about yourself and your background!
I was born in Iraq and left after the first Gulf War. I earned my associate degrees in IT in London and then in 2000 moved to Frisco, Texas. For 24 years, I've been happily married and am a proud mother of three wonderful young adults here in Frisco.
When my kids started high school, I decided to pursue my passion for enhancing natural beauty by enrolling in esthetician school full-time. I've always loved using clean ingredients and pampering others. As a people person, nothing brings me more joy than seeing others happy and relaxed!
After graduation, I worked for medical spas. Then in February 2024 I decided to open my own spa. As a woman and mother, I understand the challenges of juggling kids, work, and family life. I take pride in creating a serene and rejuvenating environment for my clients.

I am a certified esthetician and the proud owner of Unwind Beauty Lounge in Frisco. My vision is to provide personalized facials paired with rejuvenating massages, all while focusing on achieving a natural glow and promoting mental relaxation. I’m driven by results and committed to offering high-quality facial care at affordable prices, ensuring my clients can visit often, unwind, and build lasting relationships that feel like family.

Embrace authenticity by staying genuine, honest, and positive in all you do. Let your smile be a reflection of your inner joy, and remember that God's plans are guiding your journey. Trust in the path laid out for you, as it is part of your unique destiny. Above all, have faith in yourself and your abilities, for self-belief is the foundation for achieving your dreams.

I love Middle Eastern foods and desserts! Some of my favorites are: Dimassi restaurant, Big Dash for desserts, and La Parisienne Bistro inside of The Star in Frisco for the overall vibe and their drinks!
Do you know of any best kept secrets ? Something you wish more people knew about?
Best kept secret about me is that I am a great cook and baker.
